Had a cool time last night at the Worship Central gathering in Southampton. Met some great people and felt encouraged to continue what we're doing.
It was by all accounts a pretty epic night of music. They had some cool rap/rock fusion stuff happening, which for me was really cool as I've not seen that done in a church context before.
Myles Dhillon - one to watch out for in 2012.
The most memorable line from the event was something Tim Hughes said, in the context of technology, society and the way we allow our lives to be shaped by the culture around us...
"We have more and more ways of communicating, but less and less to say."
